Turnstone achieves planning consent for Pampisford Park


Turnstone Estates has been granted full planning consent for Unit 1 at Pampisford Park, the south Cambridge business and science park development.

The building, which will be the third unit on the 3.53 acre site, will comprise a 15,400 sq ft two-storey high quality business space building. Turnstone will make a speculative start in early 2006.

Turnstone Achieves Planning Consent for Pampisford Park Chris Goldsmith, managing director of Turnstone Estates, comments: 'The take-up of Units 2 and 3 has shown the success of pampisford Park as a high-technology and biotechnology cluster and has given us the confidence to commence speculative development.'

Other tenants at Pampisford Park are Sareum Ltd, the biotech company, occupying Unit 2; and Xention Discovery, a drug discovery company, occupying Unit 3.

The letting agents are Januarys and Jeffersons Commercial.
