Turnstone and X-Leisure have let space on the first floor of the leisure foyer at the Cambridge Leisure scheme to Tempt Limited.
Further letting at Cambridge Leisure
The coffee/sandwich bar operator has taken the 1,000 sq ft unit on a 25 year lease at an annual rent of 28,100.
Turnstone and X-leisure were advised by Jeffersons Commercial and Dalgleish. Tempt were unrepresented.
Cambridge Leisure is anchored by a nine-screen Cineworld cinema, a 30-lane bowling alley, an LA Fitness health centre and 120-bed Travelodge hotel, with restaurants including Pizza Hut, Nando's and Frankie & Benny's.
Turnstone sold the scheme to X-Leisure in March 2005, but will continue to be involved with the project until it is fully let. With this letting, only three restaurant units remain available.
Established in 1989, Turnstone is one of the most active and dynamic property companies in the south east of England.
