33 Main Street Ayr, is Turnstone's first Retail Warehouse purchase in Scotland.

Acquired from a private vendor,

the 30,000 sq ft of retail space with car parking has already been let to MFI on a FRI lease.

Advised by Smith Cole Wright of Glasgow, the property was acquired as part of Turnstone's ongoing strategy to increase its exposure to theMajor Retail Investment for Turnstone Retail Warehouse sector and Turnstone will hold the investment for future management.

This is the second retail warehouse Investment property acquired in the last 12 months by Turnstone, a B & Q Retail Warehouse in Clacton having been secured during summer 2002.

Turnstone is also responsible for the new 70,000 sq ft retail park currently under construction in King's Lynn.

St Nicholas Retail Park has been pre let to Wickes, Choices and Farmfoods, amongst others, and has prospective tenants lined up for the remaining 12,000 sq ft.
