Opened in 2014, in the heart of the Romsey area of Mill Road, Romsey Barbers has a real sense of being a big part of this cosmopolitan local community. Owner Paul  Weaver is born and bred Romsey and his love of the place is part of why Romsey Barbers exists.

Barber David McGrady, whose experience comes from having trained in Covent Garden’s Saks Academy and also with The London School of Barbering, is the man behind the scissors and clippers. Together, this stylish duo know all the latest trends and styles and because they really listen to their customers, they give them exactly what they want.

Discounts are also available for senior citizens, ex-service personnel, students with NUS and loyalty cards.

Romsey Barbers is very child-friendly too and once a month on a Sunday, they offer up  ‘Romsey Kids Cuts’. The children are entertained while having their haircut with treats, toys and colouring books, while the parents can relax, have a coffee and catch up on the local news – Romsey style!

And if you’re into music, David loves his jazz, soul and house music, which is why they have pictures of Lalah Hathaway and Anita Baker all over the walls. David plays soul music throughout the day and has even been known to get his saxophone out!
