Now in its 31st year globally and 19th year in the UK, it is more than a business award, it celebrates entrepreneurs who are having a positive impact on our business landscape and offers them connections, mentoring and recognition for their team.

The programme is judged by independent panels made up of former winners, UK and global business leaders and business investors - all of whom are passionate about supporting entrepreneurs.

With a changing landscape of global trade and inward investment, it is the success of our UK entrepreneurs that will help drive growth and the future prosperity of the UK economy and maintain our attractiveness as a global hub for entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs make a difference by creating jobs and wealth, bringing new innovative products and concepts to the market and encouraging creativity and competition.

The finalists from 2016 provided employment for more than 39,500 people and had combined revenues of more than £5.7b. To learn more about the entrepreneurs who have previously participated in the programme, please visit  eoy.co.uk.

EY is proud to celebrate, support and connect entrepreneurs. To enter simply complete an entry form at eoy.co.uk.

The closing date for entries is Friday 24 February 2017 and the other key dates are listed on the website.
