Burwash Manor is a group of converted farm buildings housing 15 independent shops, tea-rooms with both indoor and outdoor seating and day spa – all open seven days a week.  It's located at Barton, just two miles from Cambridge city centre. There is a dedicated cycle path all the way and lots of free parking.

Shopping in the rural setting of Burwash Manor is a relaxing and friendly experience. All of the carefully selected independent shops have something different to offer. The first that will draw you in is the spectacular Food Hall which boasts a master butchers and a deli, voted ‘Best Farm Shop/Deli 2015’ in the Cambridge Food And Drink Awards.

Moving on to explore the two courtyards, you’ll find stores offering clothing, furniture, haberdashery, jewellery, toys, gifts, homewares and paints, garden furniture, Persian rugs, art and crafts, a florist, a wine merchant and real trees at Christmas. When done with shopping, the tea-rooms are ready to refresh and refuel you and the beauty and therapy spa ready to pamper you.

Established 30 years ago, Burwash Manor began its transformation from farm to independent retail success.  It’s still a working organic farm now, having been run by the Radford family for over 100 years. Much of the farm’s produce is sold in the Food Hall – the asparagus and free range, rare breed pork being particular highlights.
If all this wasn’t enough, there is more. Explore the farm by going on one of the sign-posted ‘Running Fox’ walks; look out for one of the frequent events such as pop up dining, outdoor theatre, Open Farm Sunday or the popular fundraising event Apple Day.
