PCME is awarded third prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise

PCME Ltd, leading specialist in the development, manufacture and supply of continuous in-stack particulate emission and velocity measurement monitors has been awarded a third Queen’s Award for Enterprise.

This prestigious award recognises outstanding business achievement by UK organisations.

 Building on the recognition achieved through Awards in 2007 for Innovation and 2013 for International Trade, PCME have been honoured on this occasion in the Innovation category for the development and subsequent success of its Wet Stack Particulate Measurement range of products.

 PCME developed its Wet Stack Extractive Particulate Measurement System to meet the specific demands of Chinese coal fired power plant operators enabling compliance with new Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) regulations.  PCME was one of the first European manufacturers to be granted a Chinese EPA certificate for a Wet Stack particulate monitor.

 Innovation is key to PCME’s success.  Since its launch in 1990, PCME has constantly developed and marketed innovative solutions to help industry and governments monitor and manage environmental pollution.
