The video's objective was to capture Contamac’s state-of-the-art manufacturing based in Saffron Walden, England – just outside the university city of Cambridge – featuring an ISO7 (Class 10,000) clean room, research and laboratory facilities. Designed on the basis of lean manufacturing principles and over 30 years of experience, they allow Contamac to produce 18 million units per annum and to collaborate with the wider scientific community to create new biocompatible materials and applications.
