The position awarded to Martin Clapson was confirmed at the IAPA International Board meeting held last month in Miami, USA. It follows a three year tenure as European Chairman, and 18 months as Global Vice-Chairman.
IAPA have some 170 member firms in over 60 countries, providing members and their clients instant access to trusted, high quality professional services offering comprehensive and cost effective business solutions around the world.
The permanent positions of Global Chairman and Vice-Chairman will be formally agreed by the members at the IAPA 2017 International AGM in Barcelona during October.
Martin Clapson said: “I am very pleased to be appointed as acting Global Chairman of IAPA and I hope to be formally elected by the members as Global Chairman later this year at the International AGM.
