Tony, who succeeds Harriet Fear, will formally assume his new role on 18th August.
Speaking on behalf of the One Nucleus Board, Jon Green, Chair, said: "I am delighted that Tony has accepted the Board’s invitation to become our new Chief Executive. He has a wealth of sector knowledge and experience and has worked very closely with Harriet Fear, our outgoing Chief Executive, to ensure One Nucleus is an organisation with a strong international brand and focus, with great credibility."
Upon his appointment, Tony commented: “I am very pleased to be taking on the CEO role for the next phase of development of One Nucleus at this exciting time when the region’s Life Science and Healthcare sector is performing so strongly.

Catalysing the correct connectivity will render our region the best place in the World to work, start and grow new companies, translate great innovation and invest in the sector, ultimately for the benefit of our most important collective stakeholder group which is patients facing unmet medical need,"
Jon added "The Board wishes Harriet every success with the next stage of her career as she takes up a new role within the sector. We thank Harriet for her exceptional hard work and dedication over the last 8.5 years developing One Nucleus to the world renowned organisation that it is."
