Cambridge corporate finance advisers appoint new manager

Cambridge-based corporate finance advisers, PEM Corporate Finance (PEMCF), has expanded its team with the appointment of a Corporate Finance Manager. The appointment of Menaka Hettiarachchi signals intent by PEMCF to pursue new business and introduce new services in 2016 and beyond.

 

Menaka joins from EY where over several years she gained transactional and due diligence experience in a multitude of sectors. Prior to this, she was with Grant Thornton.

She will be working closely with senior members of the team on developing new business and assisting in all aspects of transactional work. Menaka’s due diligence experience will strengthen the team’s service to corporate acquirers. PEMCF works with owner managed businesses in Cambridge and across the region, providing lead advisory on corporate acquisitions and sales, in addition to supporting management buyouts and undertaking business valuations.

She said: “I’m excited to be joining PEMCF at this time, working with a varied portfolio of existing clients, and developing new relationships to add further growth to the business.”
