With all this invaluable experience under her belt, Hannah was promoted to Sales Manager in March 2018.
In her new role, she is responsible for the management of orders and, drawing on the knowledge she has developed over the past few years, Hannah now specialises in raising quotations. Friendly by nature, Hannah enjoys building relationships with our customers and liaises with our CNC and rapid prototyping teams to draw on their technical knowledge.
It’s not all change though
Hannah still makes plenty of cups of tea for our Technical / General Manager, Gary. She’s hoping that one day he’ll surprise her and return the favour. We think she’ll be waiting a long time! Hannah also ensures we have plenty of Haribos in stock so that we can drop a packet or two into every order before it’s dispatched.
Meet our Sales Co-ordinator
Working with Hannah is Matt Rigling who has moved out of the RP team to take over the Sales Co-ordinator role. We’ll talk more about Matt next time – his technical background is going to be a great help in his work with assisting customers with their prototyping needs.
