The site’s central location, accessible car parking facilities, low site coverage and opportunities for extension ensured this was an attractive investment opportunity.
As one of East of England’s leading developers, Howard Group purchased the building in 2010 and refurbished the offices throughout the ground (4,560 sq ft), first (6,297 sq ft) and second (6,287 sq ft) floors as part of its investment portfolio.
