UK plans mission to The Next Web Conference

On 9 and 10 May the Department for International Trade (DIT) in The Netherlands is planning a mission to one of the key tech conferences in Europe - The Next Web (TNW) in Amsterdam.

TNW is truly the epicenter of Tech in The Netherlands with more than 18000 attendees, 800 investors and 600 startups as well as industry defining brands like Uber, Apple, Paypal, Pwc, Amazon, Adyen, Accenture, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Heineken, Nike, Samsung, Spotify, Oracle, ABN AMRO, HP and Dropbox.

The mission programme will be a celebration of British leadership in technology and entrepreneurship, featuring a UK House, an innovation workshop and a VIP lunch.

You will benefit from the department's connections, knowledge and experience through:

  • improving and unlocking supply chains
  • having 1-2-1 meetings to secure business deals and widen networks
  • getting high visibility through DIT’s presence at the show
  • getting access to industry experts
  • enabling knowledge acquisition.

To help you leverage these opportunities and get the most out of this event, personal counselling and a coaching event  is offered in April by DIT, TNW and The Netherlands Embassy, to take place in London.
