Mandi has over 15 years’ experience in Assurance, working with businesses across a breadth of sectors working prominently with clients who have both a local presence in the East and operations internationally.
At EY, Mandi will focus on helping companies take advantage of the latest technology developments to transform their accounting processes, and meet the increasing demands around transparency and disclosure from the public, governments and other stakeholders. Mandi’s appointment marks EY’s increasing commitment to supporting mid-market businesses in the East.
Mandi comments: “I joined the firm 15 years ago, which has seen me develop from a newly trained auditor to being appointed as an Associate Partner today. EY has supported me in both achieving my career aspirations and balancing family life as a working mother of three. For most of my career, I’ve immersed myself in the mid-market where I see real opportunities for businesses looking to expand and grow. The East of England is already a major draw for inward investment and I look forward to supporting local business with their growth and investment plans.”
