Ginibee is an online platform to make finding a jobshare partner easier. More than this, they campaign to promote jobsharing among employers in the UK and support those seeking to use their right to flexible working.
Sara Horsfall, founded Ginibee in response to what she saw as a gap in the market. "After being made redundant just before my second child was born, I was really surprised at how limited the options were for me to progress my career and have enough time to spend with my family. I soon realised that I wasn't on my own, there are so many people who would benefit from more career choices that would allow them to balance their career with other life priorities."
Since then the company has grown, with support from Allia Future Business Centre and Social Incubator East, and they are now seeking a new team member to help ensure that Ginibee is the number one jobshare agency in the region.
