Breakfast networking - learn how to break down silos in your business

One of the biggest barriers for organisational growth is the creation of ‘silos’ in the workplace. Join an interactive Cambridge Network mini-workshop, over breakfast, to learn more about behavioural barriers and how to break these silos down.

Run by Cambridge Network member, Turning Factor, as a taster session for one of its Learning Collaboration courses, the workshop (8am for 8.30am start, end by 10am) on Thursday 1 November at the Hauser Forum (3 Charles Babbage Road, CB3 0GT) explores how silos can prevent people working together, to the detriment of business growth, and considers how they can be overcome.

Join this workshop to:

  •     Find out what behavioural and process barriers are, and how they develop
  •     Learn how you can generate trust in the workplace
  •     Understand how to encourage cross-functional working
  •     Look at the actions your leadership, management and staff can take to create a productive workplace
