Business masterclass: Building a client base, to niche or not to niche?

Onespacemedia’s founder & MD, James Cotton, is to join a panel of agency leaders and business experts as part of an event hosted by peer-to-peer network Mob Happy, exploring the best approach to building a client base.

The session is aimed at SME founders and will explore the implications of taking a niche approach to business development, when to transition from a general to a niche approach and how to go about it. James will be joined by Keystone Marketing’s Hayley Williams and Cuttsy+Cuttsy’s Caroline Benson and the discussion will be moderated by Mob Happy founder, Kelly Molson.

James commented, “A couple of years ago we took the decision at Onespacemedia to focus the business around specific sectors including science and technology, finance and academia. I’m looking forward to joining the Mob Happy panel to talk about the dos and don’ts of changing tack and how to make it pay off.”

The event kicks off at 6.30pm at The Bradfield Centre’s Auditorium on 28 January with drinks and nibbles, followed by the panel discussion from 6.45pm.
