DragonLight Films proudly presents fourth documentary film about AI - 'Ghost in the Machine'

Join Dragonlight Films to watch and debate themes arising from their new film - Ghost in the Machine - the fourth in a series of short documentary films about AI, funded by the Faraday Institute for Religion and Science and the Centre for the Future of Intelligence. The film features as part of the 2019 Cambridge Science Festival - Ground Zero Earth.

The fourth instalment of the Rise Machines series explores what consciousness is and whether a machine could be truly conscious? How do we know we're conscious; should machines that "think like us" be free and what would happen if we merge our consciousness with machines?

The film features insights from top thinkers in the field - Murray Shanahan, Anders Sandberg, Karina Vold and many more. The evening will involve a screening of the film, a panel discussion and a drinks reception.
