Kristian is a corporate lawyer who specialises in advising clients in the life sciences sector. His work includes venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other securities issues. Kristian has worked with companies at all stages of development, from early-stage through to listed public companies and investment funds and banks.
Kristian was formerly a counsel in the corporate team at Covington & Burling and will work closely with Head of Life Sciences James Fry and alongside the Mills & Reeve life sciences team across its network of offices.
