The Education Centre at Arthur Rank Hospice offers modern purpose built facilities for your training event, workshop, board meeting or conference. The Education Centre can cater for up to 90 people and has its own reception and small break out area. Set in tranquil peaceful surroundings, this is an ideal location for your training or corporate event.
Our conference space adapts to meet your requirements and can be used flexibly as three private individual training or breakout rooms complete with their own AV/projector or as one large conference room. All rooms have natural daylight and are fully air conditioned. The facilities are available Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 subject to availability. For requests outside of these times please contact the Education Team.
Our in-house Hospitality team are pleased to cater for your event. Please select from the menu for private conferences and events. Special dietary requirements can also be catered for with advance notice. For small groups of up to 10 persons delegates can have lunch in the Bistro.
Arthur Rank Hospice is a charity and profit from external hire of our facilities will help to fund the aims and objectives of the charity.
Prices and Capacities
Room layouts can be flexible to suit your event and we cater for theatre, boardroom, classroom and cabaret seating layouts depending on your requirements and number of delegates.
The room rate packages include AV / data protector, flipchart and pens, lectern, AV support, guest WiFi and reception area for registration. Half day booking rates apply to any bookings that finish by 1.00pm or commence at 1.00pm or later. Full day booking rates apply to any bookings from 8:30am–5.00pm. Hourly rates will be charged for any bookings that exceed these times.

The Education Centre is fully accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues and there is a lift to the Centre on the first floor. The closest car parking is at Babraham Road Park and Ride, adjacent to the hospice. There is no delegate car parking onsite as this is for patients and families only.
