Redgate is looking for an experienced PPC Manager to take charge of our Google AdWords and Bing accounts.  

Reporting to the Brand Team Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for overall management of Redgate’s accounts, meeting the KPIs associated with paid search, and identifying and implementing any optimizations needed to achieve these.

On a day-to-day basis, this includes keyword research, bid optimization, budget checks, analytics and reporting, troubleshooting. You’ll collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure your goals are aligned, report on your results, and identify and take any appropriate actions. 

You’ll also be responsible for implementing PPC best practices in our accounts, keeping abreast with changes in the industry and the platforms to do so. You’ll have a strong interest in continuous improvement and the drive and can-do attitude to implement any new ideas and see them through to completion. 

If you have demonstrated successful PPC results within an agency or client-side environment, and are looking for a role that would provide you with greater ownership or a broader range of responsibilities, including PPC analytics, then this role is for you.

  • Acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task  
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Experience of bid management platforms and analytical tools for search optimisation, specifically Search360 (aka DoubleClick) and Google Analytics.
  • Strong passion for keeping abreast of search platform changes and new opportunities  
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to explain results 
  • Understanding of interplay between SEO and PPC 
  • B2B experience definitely an advantage

  • Salary is £30K – £40K depending on experience. 
  • You’ll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time.
