- Answering clients' international HR questions -eg termination, remuneration, benefits, employee handbooks, mandatory social charges and labour law.
- Setting up clients up with routine international payroll administration services when they are expanding outside their home base. A typical client would be a Hi tec or Biochem company that wants to have employees in Germany, Sweden or China. Coverage 130 countries.
- Setting up Employer of Record services if clients do not have a legal entity in a country. This means our local partners will employ staff on behalf of clients. This enables clients to quickly employ staff for short or long periods. Coverage 100+ countries.
