Dave founded GrowthWorks Consultants to work with bootstrapped, Seed to Series A companies with a mission to do some good in the world. 

Dave has spent over 25 years building and growing high-growth digital, data-driven and SaaS businesses and has led executive teams across operations, product, commercial, engineering, HR and finance. He has held board level and senior leadership roles in Venture and Private Equity-backed SMEs and Start-up companies.

Dave learned countless lessons as a start-up COO where he joined a founding team of three techies with revenues of £200k and helped build and scale the business to over 100 people and revenues of in excess of £10mn ARR, attracting clients like Google, Apple and Government Departments.

As a company builder and hands-on, scale-up COO, Dave now helps founders build and scale their operations from scratch, and through each growth-stage, by laying the foundations for success across sales, product, operations, and culture. 

Dave works directly with founding and executive teams on their biggest challenges across Strategy, Operations, Commercial and People.
