We are seeking an UK-based trailblazing master storyteller who can weave compelling technology narratives that go beyond boundaries and amplify Arm’s ground-breaking story.
As part of our content team, working from our Cambridge, UK office, Arm’s global headquarters, you’ll work with marketing and product management colleagues from Europe, the U.S. and Asia. You will transform Arm's technology breakthroughs into content that drives adoption and inspire innovation and make “Arm” a household word!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the External Communications team, including PR and social media, to craft engaging content that aligns with business priorities.
- Drive an audience-first approach to content creation, ensuring resonance and relevance.
- Develop compelling technical content across various mediums, including articles, blogs, podcasts, case studies, videos, infographics, animations, whitepapers and reports.
- Work with campaign leads and the social media team to help enhance audience interaction through company and external social channels.
- Draft impactful deliverables for external audiences – including investors, analysts, company partners and customers and media – such as blogs, podcast episodes, thought-leadership articles, public presentations and videos.
- Get results through effective collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and external partners.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and marketing team members to gather insights for impactful content creation.
- You will report directly to the Senior Content Manager, working inside the global External Communications team. You will also work in close partnership with the other team members, marketing colleagues and product managers.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Leverage technical knowledge for compute technologies to enrich content quality.
- Distill complex technology issues into concise, compelling communication deliverables, effectively conveying Arm's point of view.
- Deep understanding of content mix across owned, paid, and earned mediums. This includes knowledge of how to match the message to the medium.
- Ability to quickly write compelling copy that gets to the heart of the story.
- Be experienced in writing in professional, fast paced settings.

- An understanding of semiconductor IP technology and translating complex concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences.
- Relationships with industry editors/analysts.
- Strong research skills with the ability to distill technical information into compelling content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization strategies and tactics.
