Job Description:

As part of our customer service team, you will have a vital role in establishing needs and forming actions to resolve mechanical and electronic issues on field based equipment.

Monitor and act on service correspondence and distribute electronic service request forms to customers as needed.

Deliver the appropriate resources to execute the request and resolve the issue, planning in with an overview of logistic efficiency and time spent.

Maintain a productive two-way dialogue with the customer throughout the service process, keeping them informed at all times.

Qualifications/Experience:

Strong grounding in electro technical sector very desirable.
