ServiceNow Product Owner

We design scalable, energy efficient-processors and related technologies to deliver the intelligence in applications ranging from sensors to servers, including smartphones, tablets, enterprise infrastructure and the Internet of Things.

Arm is looking for a highly motivated individual to help craft the future of ServiceNow across Enterprise IT, People Team, Workplace, Legal and Procurement to best serve Arm colleagues across the globe. This role is in the Workplace and End User Technology Team within Enterprise IT and is based at least 2 days per week in Cambridge UK.

Job Overview:

As an IT Product Owner for ServiceNow you will own the ServiceNow roadmap at Arm, setting the vision for the platform, introducing the latest service features and thinking, working with Service Leads across Arm to champion ServiceNow capabilities, working with IT teams to deliver changes and supporting Arm colleagues to embrace ServiceNow.


Responsibilities:

- Understand the ServiceNow product roadmap in detail including recommendations from ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand and define their requirements whilst helping to align and improve their service strategy.
- Build a vision for ServiceNow at Arm and developing the roadmap (technical and business).
- Define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it's efficiently communicated and understood by all teams.
- Analyse ServiceNow now usage data, financials and licensing costs to provide insights to craft decisions and demonstrate success.
- Work with Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, ServiceNow Developers and others in IT to ensure solutions enable business outcomes.
- Engage Arm's Service Management community to ensure ServiceNow embraces the latest methods and governance.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Existing ServiceNow Product Owner experience with knowledge of deploying the platform across business processes.
- Established connections with ServiceNow, it's community and an establish method for staying up to date with the latest news.
- Full project lifecycle experience, utilising Waterfall, Agile and DevOps methods as needed.
- Adept at building strong relationships to bring teams together.
- Proven analytical skills including a methodical approach to product development and documentation.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

- Deploying ServiceNow at technology or engineering companies.
- Migrating to a single cross-department ServiceNow instance.
- Developing ServiceNow as a go-to hub for knowledge.
- AI Connectors and Plug-ins for ServiceNow, especially Microsoft Copilot.
