Martin will bring over 20 years' experience to the firm. He will have a national role, working closely with the firm’s Ipswich and London offices.
Martin’s experience extends to the development, funding and investment of and in all asset types including mixed use, residential, industrial, offices, retail, leisure and student housing, with a particular focus on the private rented sector. He is also skilled in large-scale cross border transactions.
Martin has previously acted for a number of landlords and occupiers in the leasing of retail and office property and provided property portfolio management advice, providing legal support on company acquisitions and disposals, restructuring, sales and leaseback transactions.
