The awards were presented last week at a ceremony at the Rum Warehouse in Liverpool.
The win follows a remarkable period for Birketts’ Residential Team, who had already secured recognition at the British Conveyancing Awards 2021 and Norfolk and Norwich Law Society Excellence Awards 2021 earlier this year. The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards were created to celebrate talent, accomplishment and innovation at a national level in the UK conveyancing market. The team’s extensive residential knowledge plus its continued dedication to client care and high quality legal work helped them stand out in all three categories.
