The programme will be split into three workshops, each of which will be delivered by industry leaders, who will provide practical advice and support in the key elements of business growth; Financial Control, Sales and Marketing and Business Management.
The course has been designed in partnership with Develop Anglia, the commercial training provider arm of West Suffolk College. Each workshop has been designed to take business owners and directors through the fundamental elements of business growth, providing useful advice and practical solutions.
The seminars will take place on the following dates:
- Financial Control – 5 May 2015
- Sales & Marketing – 11 June 2015
- Finance & Business Management - 23 June 2015
Businesses can save money by booking all three seminars together for £80, or choose to book seminars individually at the cost of £30 per workshop.

The Business Development Programme will run from 5pm until 7pm at West Suffolk College in Bury St Edmunds.
Signpost2Grow is the Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough Enterprise Partnership (LEP)’s new business support service. In 2014, the LEP was allocated £300,000 of Government funding via its Growth Deal to set up a “Growth Hub” for our area.
Signpost2Grow will be launched in Spring 2015 and will help to make a proactive difference to local business support.
