Leon, the naturally healthy fast food option, opens at Stansted

Leon, the naturally healthy fast food option opened its 21st restaurant at Stansted Airport today offering passengers low calorie healthy options to either enjoy in the departure lounge or take away to have on-board and is the latest stepping stone on the £80million transformation taking place to improve services and facilities for passengers.

Leon co-founder and CEO John Vincent said:

‘This year marks our 10th birthday, and opening in Stansted is a big part of our celebrations. When we opened in Carnaby Street in 2004 and first started working out how to make and serve naturally fast food, this is exactly what we dreamt of creating."

Head of Retail Food & Beverage for M.A.G Jo Macey said:

"Leon is a very exciting concept in the healthy fast food market and their arrival into Stansted is another stepping stone on the £80million transformation taking place to improve facilities for our passengers. Operated by HMS Host, this will be the first time Leon have featured on the menu at Stansted and I’d like to wish them every success with what will be a very popular option for passengers seeking low calorie food that tastes good and does you good. The great selection on offer can be enjoyed either before the flight or taken away to eat on-board."
