Beth was formerly a senior associate in the dispute resolution team at Taylor Vinters, and then with Mishcon de Reya after their merger in January 2023.

She specialises in estates, trusts and will disputes, supporting clients, charities, landed estates, trustees and executors. She’s also a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and STEP.

Beth is embedded in the Cambridge market allowing her to effectively support the team’s business development goals and support the growth of the private client team not only in Cambridge but nationally.

The private client disputes team now stands at 13 dedicated lawyers across the firm’s 7 offices, four of which are based in Cambridge.

Beth said: “Mills & Reeve has fantastic strength and experience in estates, trusts and will disputes, and I look forward to developing and promoting this capability to existing and new clients in Cambridge and nationally.”

Lucinda Brown, partner at Mills & Reeve, said: “I’ve worked with Beth on various cases over the years and have always been impressed with her work. I’m confident that she’s the perfect fit to assist the team in strategic business development initiatives, helping us to develop and grow our private client practice.”
