Sheetal Sharma joins Birketts’ Commercial Property Team as Senior Associate

Senior Associate Sheetal Sharma has joined Birketts’ top-tier Commercial Property Team.

Moving from a boutique commercial real estate law firm in London, Sheetal has more than 10 years’ experience practicing law, and advises both corporate and individual clients on a range of commercial property matters. She is an expert in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property, as well as landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals and  licences to assign or carry out alterations. She also provides property support on real estate finance matters.

Ranked in both Chamber and Legal 500 UK directories, Sheetal is joining a Commercial Property Team with more than 100 specialists working with real estate companies, social housing providers, and businesses from SMEs to multinational corporations. Like her, our lawyers come from a range of backgrounds, including major City practices, other major national and regional firms, industry and local government.
