Founded by Daniela Florea, Image Ability brings together experience in international business, leadership development, education, behavioural insight, aesthetics and technology. The approach is practical and action-led, supporting sustainable change rather than a short-term makeover.

Daniela is also the author of Vitruvian Woman: Redefining Executive Presence through the Power of Image Literacy. The book extends Image Ability’s thinking through a practical, values-based approach to helping women (and men) align identity, voice and visibility to lead with clarity, confidence and authenticity.
