Magdalene College, University of Cambridge
As a College we take pride in being a warm and inclusive community. We are a small yet vibrant academic institution, home of the Pepys Library, dedicated to excellence in intellectual pursuits, the care and development of our Members, and the belief that University education prepares individuals for active and meaningful engagement in society.
At Magdalene, we think that we have found a good balance between the formal and the informal, the traditional and the modern. We are proud of being a friendly, diverse, and inclusive community, and believe that this is a key contributor to our core mission, which is to support all our members in achieving their full potential.
Magdalene is one of the most beautiful Colleges in Cambridge. It has the longest river frontage of any Cambridge Colleges. The site is compact and easy to navigate, meaning you're never more than four or five minutes' walk from First Court.
Magdalene's greatest asset is its people: a resident community of nearly 800 students, Fellows, and staff. Each year we admit just over 100 undergraduates, and are home to about 350 undergraduates and 200 postgraduates. There are around 120 members of staff and just over 100 Fellows.
