Reframe and Rise
Reframe and Rise helps Cambridge organisations build neuroinclusive workplaces where neurodivergent talent can truly thrive. I provide bespoke training and consultancy on ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, with a particular focus on improving communication and understanding between managers and their neurodivergent team members. Alongside my corporate work, I offer specialist 1-to-1 coaching for individuals, which can be supported through Access to Work funding. By combining lived experience with practical workplace strategies, I help businesses reduce communication friction, increase retention, and unlock the full potential of every employee. Let’s connect to build an environment where everyone feels they belong.
At Reframe and Rise, I help organisations and individuals unlock the potential of neurodivergent thinking through coaching, training and consultancy.
I specialise in supporting people with ADHD, autism and dyslexia, as well as the managers and organisations who want to create workplaces where neurodivergent employees can thrive rather than simply survive. My work combines lived experience, evidence-based practice and practical workplace insight to help businesses build genuinely neuroinclusive cultures.
Many organisations want to support neurodivergent employees but are unsure where to start. I work with leaders, managers and teams to increase understanding, improve communication and develop practical strategies that benefit both the individual and the organisation. This can include bespoke training, manager support, workplace adjustments advice, neuroinclusive leadership development and facilitated conversations where communication challenges have arisen between managers and employees.
Alongside my work with organisations, I provide one-to-one coaching for neurodivergent professionals at all stages of their careers. Whether someone is adjusting to a new diagnosis, navigating workplace challenges, developing confidence, moving into leadership or considering their next career step, I provide a supportive and non-judgemental space to help them understand how their brain works and use their strengths more effectively. I also work with individuals who access coaching through Access to Work funding, helping them develop strategies that improve wellbeing, confidence and performance at work.
Before founding Reframe and Rise, I built my own career across both the public and private sectors, experiencing first-hand the challenges that many neurodivergent professionals face. Those experiences, combined with my professional training and personal journey as a dyslexic professional, allow me to bring both empathy and practical insight to my work. I understand the impact that feeling misunderstood can have on confidence, performance and career progression, and I am passionate about helping people and organisations move beyond assumptions and unlock potential.
My approach is warm, honest and highly personalised. There are no off-the-shelf solutions because every individual and organisation is different. Instead, I work collaboratively with clients to identify what is getting in the way, what is already working well and what practical changes will have the greatest impact.
Whether you are an organisation looking to develop a more neuroinclusive workplace, a manager seeking support to better understand and lead a neurodivergent team member, or an individual looking for coaching and career support, I would be delighted to connect.
Together, we can create environments where neurodivergent people feel understood, valued and able to do their best work.
Coaching with Sarah was an absolute pleasure! Sarah is inclusive by-nature, understanding, patient, and kind, and I deeply appreciated the safe, judgment-free environment she created. As a neurodiverse person, Sarah was able to receive my challenges and communication-style in a way that made me feel validated and understood. She has an incredible ability to digest a lot of information and thoughts, then distil and reframe them into something clear, manageable, and achievable. Her coaching style is wonderfully adaptive - approaching every session and challenge with different creative techniques that encouraged new ways of thinking and problem-solving. Sarah’s passion and dedication to helping people are evident in every interaction. I deeply valued her time, wisdom, and guidance, and would highly recommend her as a coach.

Master Your Transition into the Workplace as a Neurodivergent Adult (e-learning)
Stepping from education into the workplace is often described as the “next step”—but for many neurodivergent individuals, it can feel like stepping into an entirely different world.
A world with unwritten rules.
Unspoken expectations.
And systems that don’t always explain themselves.
This course is designed to bridge that gap.
Rather than expecting you to “figure it out as you go,” this programme makes the hidden parts of working life visible—giving you the tools, language, and confidence to navigate the workplace in a way that works for you, not against you.
Across six carefully structured modules, you’ll move from understanding how workplaces function, through to building practical skills, advocating for your needs, and creating a sustainable way of working.
Coaching for Line Manager and Employee
This service is a practical, facilitated intervention designed to bridge the communication gap between neurodivergent employees and their managers. By focusing on how feedback is given and received, I help teams move from misunderstanding and stress to a clear, calm, and productive working relationship.
How it works:
- For the Employee: 1-to-1 coaching to understand processing styles, manage overwhelm/RSD (Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria), and develop "pause scripts" and clarification strategies.
- For the Manager: Guidance on providing structured, specific feedback and "translating" unwritten workplace rules into clear, concrete expectations.
- Together: A facilitated session to remove assumptions and create a documented "Ways of Working Agreement"—a practical manual for how you will communicate, give feedback, and resolve stuck points
Consultancy - Neuroinclusive Culture
Training alone doesn't create lasting change—I learned that through years of leading transformation in healthcare and the public sector.
Real neuroinclusion requires alignment across your entire organization: how you recruit, onboard, manage performance, communicate, and support your people. When your systems and processes contradict what training teaches, the training fails.
Beyond delivering workshops, I can help you:
- Audit existing policies and processes through a neuroinclusive lens
- Redesign systems that inadvertently exclude neurodivergent talent
- Create documentation and resources that embed inclusive practices
- Develop implementation plans that ensure training translates to action
- Build sustainable change that outlasts any single initiative
This integrated approach means your investment in training actually sticks—creating genuine culture change, not just a box-ticking exercise.
Neurodiversity Awareness Training for Organisations
I deliver tailored awareness sessions that help your team truly understand and work effectively with neurodivergent colleagues, customers, and clients.
Sessions are flexible—from focused one-hour virtual workshops to comprehensive half or full-day programs.
They are designed around your organisation's specific context, challenges, and goals.
Your team will learn:
- What neurodivergence actually means in practice (beyond the buzzwords)
- How to recognise and reduce barriers in your workplace
- Practical communication strategies that work for everyone
- How small changes create genuinely inclusive environments
Whether you're starting your neuroinclusion journey or deepening existing knowledge, I'll create a session that meets your organisation where it is.
Neuroinclusive Line Manager Training
Great management shouldn't require a separate "neurodiversity module"—it should be neuroinclusive from the ground up.
My training equips new line managers with the skills to lead effectively across all neurotypes. Whether they're managing someone with ADHD, autism, or someone who doesn't identify as neurodivergent at all, they'll learn tools and techniques to bring out the best in every team member.
Participants will develop:
- Core management responsibilities with neuroinclusion built in, not bolted on
- Communication approaches that work for diverse thinking styles
- How to have supportive conversations about needs and adjustments
- Practical strategies for creating psychologically safe teams
- Confidence to manage effectively without needing to "diagnose" anyone
The result? Managers who don't just accommodate difference—they leverage it to build stronger, more productive teams.
One to One Coaching
Emergent Leadership
You want to step into a leadership role but you're not sure how to?You've had feedback that you need to show more leadership skills but you're not sure what that means in practice. Through my supportive coaching I will help you to show your senior leaders that you do have a leadership mindset, that you can lead others and make a difference. You'll leave feeling ready and confident to take on that next step in your career, whether that be an internal promotion or a new role elsewhere
Navigating Career Change
Career change is rarely straightforward. Whether you're actively seeking something new, facing redundancy, or realising your current path no longer fits—the uncertainty can be paralysing.
I support professionals through major transitions, particularly:
- NHS professionals ready to explore opportunities beyond healthcare
Those navigating redundancy and reimagining what's next
Anyone who knows they need a change but feels stuck on how to start
You might be clear on leaving but unsure where you're going. Or perhaps you know something needs to change but can't quite name it yet.
Through coaching and mentoring, we'll:
- Clarify what you actually want
- Identify transferable skills you're underestimating
- Create a realistic action plan that accounts for your life, not just your careerBuild the confidence to make the move, even when it feels risky
You'll leave with a clear direction and the conviction to pursue it—ready for a career chapter that actually fits who you are now.
From Masking to Thriving
I know what it's like to feel like you're constantly translating yourself at work or how to access work. To wonder if you're the only one struggling with things that seem effortless for everyone else. To need support but have no idea how to ask for it or what to ask for.
Maybe you're exhausted from masking. Maybe you're frustrated that colleagues don't think the way you do.
I've been there. Coaching helped me understand my neurodivergence, but how to work with my brain instead of against it. How to communicate my needs without apologising.
Now I help other neurodivergent professionals do the same.
Together, we'll:
Understand how your brain works
- Identify what support you need and how to advocate for it
- Recognise and work effectively with all colleagues
- Build strategies that work for you, not against you
It's not just helpful—it's genuinely life-changing.
