Martin Cable is the founder of Simpleris Consultancy Limited and one of only two Certified SYSTEMologists in the UK.
Before Simpleris, Martin spent more than 20 years in operations and continuous improvement across medical devices, respiratory products, life sciences and electronics manufacturing. He built a manufacturing facility from scratch, co-invented a spinal implant protected by three patents, and served as Operations Director on a senior leadership team. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a doctorate in materials science and an executive MBA.
That background shapes how he works. Martin has run the operations he now helps other people fix, so the conversation starts on the shop floor rather than in a framework.
