Medical Technology UK is uniquely focused on the design, development and manufacture of medical devices.
The exhibition, conference and networking platform brings together medical device OEMs, engineers, R&D and product development teams, manufacturing specialists, supply-chain companies and technology providers to share knowledge, discover new technologies and develop new business relationships.
For 2027, Medical Technology UK is moving to Newmarket Racecourse on 10–11 March. The move brings the event much closer to Cambridge and one of Europe’s most important concentrations of medical technology, life science, engineering and product development expertise.
Our ambition is to use the strength of the Cambridge ecosystem as a focal point for bringing together the wider UK medical technology community, while encouraging greater involvement from the region’s device developers, engineering teams, consultancies, research organisations and manufacturers.
The exhibition covers technologies and services across the medical device development and manufacturing journey, including product design and development, advanced materials, precision manufacturing, plastics and moulding, electronics, automation, testing, quality, regulatory support and contract manufacturing.
Alongside the exhibition, Medical Technology UK provides a free learning programme addressing the technical and commercial challenges facing the industry, with content spanning engineering efficiency, advanced technologies, design innovation, sustainability and manufacturing excellence.
By bringing Medical Technology UK to Newmarket, our ambition is to build on the strength of the Cambridge region and create a focal point where the wider UK medtech community can come together — connecting the people designing and developing medical devices with the expertise and technologies needed to manufacture them.
