Founded in 1984, the Cambridge Chinese Students and Scholars Association (Cambridge CSSA) is an official student organization registered at the University of Cambridge. It is a non-profit and non-political association. Through the dedication and efforts of successive executive committees over the past four decades, it has grown into the largest and most influential Chinese student and scholar community in the Cambridge area, and is also one of the longest-established and most recognized Chinese student organizations in the United Kingdom.
Building on this strong foundation, Cambridge CSSA has launched and is organizing the 2026 “Chuangying Cup” UK-Wide Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. The competition aims to bring together outstanding entrepreneurial projects from across the UK and around the world, and to build a high-quality platform connecting universities, capital, and industry. This year’s competition will be held offline in Cambridge on 30 May 2026.
