Hosted by Anglia Ruskin University, this anniversary gathering will bring together business leaders, HR professionals, civic leaders, accredited Living Wage Employers, students and community partners for a morning of reflection, celebration and inspiration.
Over the past quarter century, the Living Wage campaign has transformed the conversation about fair work, helping thousands of employees benefit from wages that better reflect the real cost of living. This event will recognise the achievements of Cambridge employers who have championed fair pay while highlighting the positive impact of Living Wage accreditation on recruitment, retention, employee wellbeing and organisational reputation.
