Project Management & Post Project Services
Projects of all size require an enormous amount of organisation and planning. We are involved throughout the entirety of the project, ensuring successful execution and delivery within the agreed timescales and budget, guaranteeing that completion meets your expectations and aspirations.Once the project is complete, we will continue to provide the support you need.Our involvement continues with furniture warranty management, furniture top-up orders and reconfiguration and move management as your organisation grows or changes.
Interior Design & FF&E Specification
A well designed, thought out space/ workplace expresses your business’ identity and brand. This improves productivity and creates motivation and a sense of pride amongst your staff, and the right impression for your clients/ visitors. Our Interior Design process starts with the Conceptual Development Phase where we can produce mood boards and finishes, and photo realistic visualisations of your project. After sign off at this stage of the process, we move into the Detailed Design Phase where we will produce a full detailed drawing pack, along with room and FF&E schedules ready for Project Implementation.
Space Planning
Once we have understood how your business operates, we can be a valuable tool in helping to assess potential buildings/ space in the early project appraisal stages with your refurbishment,
with intelligent and considerate Space Planning. We can produce initial strategic sketch plans as part of our collaborative and engaging consultancy with your project team, which we will then develop into detailed plans during the design process. If autocad plans are not available to hand, we have the tools to convert electronic drawings, as well the ability to conduct a full building survey, if required.
Procurement
Ralph + Smith are experienced with several procurement routes, depending on your organisations preferred route to purchase your FF&E. After the design and budget has been signed off and
the quotations checked against the specification, we can progress procurement in one of the following ways; 1. Client will place orders direct with manufacturers/ supplier. R+S to check quotes, ready for order placement, and arrange delivery and installation 2. Write a detailed specification for tender submission. We will evaluate and produce a Recommendation
Report to the Project Team/ Client. 3. R+S will supply, deliver & install the FF&E.
Furniture Specification & Budget Management
Every business has different priorities, aspirations, and budgets. The knowledge and expertise at Ralph + Smith enables us to identify and specify the optimum furniture solution for
your organisation, now and in the future. If required our design capabilities allow us to create project specific bespoke furniture and fittings. Ralph + Smith ensure all of the above, including
the FF&E, is specified within your budget. We do this using our product knowledge and industry relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
Workplace Consultancy
Our Workplace Consultancy approach delves deep into your business. The brief taking is the vital first step, as we learn about how you use your current space, the project drivers, the people, the culture and your business’s spatial needs. This in depth meeting and appraisal enables us to assess how your relocation, and, or refurbishment can be optimised for the future.
We can go a step further and undertake a fully detailed Workplace (Utilisation) Study which could prove extremely valuable to your business. We would produce a written data-driven report
with our findings, along with our Workplace Strategy Recommendations.
