Hosted by PMI UK Cambridgeshire Branch, part of the Project Management Institute (PMI) – the world's leading professional association for project professionals – this event brings together professionals, students and the wider Cambridge community to learn, network and share knowledge.
This event will take place at Anglia Ruskin University.
The presentation will explore two recent Passivhaus accommodation developments delivered for St John's College, Cambridge: Hinsley Lane, the largest Passivhaus scheme in Cambridge, and Mount Pleasant, which will become the city's second largest Passivhaus scheme when completed.
The session will examine the lessons learned from the first project and how these were applied to the second through effective project management, helping to reduce risk, improve programme delivery and enhance project outcomes.
