REAP Conference 2025: Connect, Co-Develop, Co-Exist

The REAP Conference helps delegates navigate the demands of 21st-century agriculture by reframing challenges to inspire new ideas and identify innovative solutions. It attracts researchers, innovators, government officials, agribusiness leaders and farmers from across the UK and beyond.

REAP 2025

In its twelfth year, REAP is Agri-TechE’s flagship event where agriculture, innovation and science converge.

The 2025 theme – Connect, Co-Develop, Co-Exist – reflects the urgent need for collaborative, systems-based innovation in agriculture.

As pressure grows on land, time, money, people and resources, both cocreation and co-existence are essential. We need mission-led innovation shaped by real-world challenges, and to embrace the reality that multiple systems will share the same space. Regenerative and tech-driven, productive and biodiverse, food crops and ecosystem services - success depends on how we bring them together.

REAP 2025 will debut a refreshed format in a new venue, alongside all the well-loved features: inspiring speakers, farmer insights, a dynamic start-up showcase, and a diverse technology exhibition.
