Recruitment Peer Group: Generative AI in recruitment

Cambridge Network Event

With the increased efficiencies offered by using Generative AI in recruitment (i.e. drafting jobs specs, job adverts, cv screening etc.), it is important that those involved in recruitment explore the benefits the technology offers, while understanding the risks and how to safeguard against these.

Our session will cover:

•    The potential for generative AI to "hallucinate".
•    The risks associated with drafting job specs using generative AI.
•    The risks associated with using generative AI for CV screening.
•    How confidential data should be treated when using generative AI tools.

We will also discuss how to safeguard against these risks.
