Corazon Health announced today that it has been acquired by HCML, a leading provider of health, rehabilitation, case management, and treatment services. This acquisition enhances Corazon’s operational capacity, scaling its ability to support an expanded corporate client base across the UK.
Corazon Health and HCML share the same commitment to clinical excellence, service quality and client satisfaction. By combining Corazon's occupational health expertise with HCML's commercial scale, the combined organisation will be well-positioned to enhance Occupational Health Services and drive sustained market growth.

Mary Hobday, Managing Director, will remain in the business throughout this period ensuring ongoing stability across the business and Selina Mitchell, Corporate Services & Finance Director, will remain in her post and oversee the integration process.
