One Table, Many Perspectives:
Learning Across Roles, Levels and Organisations
In June Promote Mental Health ran a Mental Health First Aid Training session with different organisations, differing job roles and different levels of seniority. This made for a rich blend of discussions and insights in the training room.
This training offered:
- Perspectives from a CEO, Senior Manager, HR and Researchers
- Discussions on how the MHFA role fits into different parts of the organisation
- The opportunity for employees in these organisations to choose a first aider in their team, or another part of the organisation
- A wealth of knowledge and experience shared across roles and organisations
At Promote Mental Health we run open courses twice a year. Our next course will run on 28th and 30th September. This is perfect if you are a small organisation, have a few people who would like to train up as first aiders, or you want to gain wider insights by training with other organisations.
