The latest Long Service Awards recognised 38 employees who had reached significant milestones – 12 completing 30 years, ten completing 20 years and 16 completing ten years.
Not reaching a milestone this time but currently the longest-serving employee is Barry Few who has achieved 43 years of service with the company. In total 386 UK employees (44.5%) have completed more than ten years’ service and 40% of employees globally are in the Double Five Club.
Each member of staff being recognised was included in a booklet specially created for the occasion, with a profile and photo highlighting their roles over the years and their hobbies and interests away from work.
A page for each milestone was also included, highlighting world headlines, sporting wins and general UK statistics at the time they joined Domino, as well as important company achievements such as product launches and other developments.
Robert Pulford, CEO at Domino said: “It is always a great occasion when we get together to celebrate our Double Five Awards and this time was no exception. I would like to congratulate and thank our 38 recipients from different areas across the business for their commitment and contribution to our success.
“Many started with us in junior roles and have enjoyed career progression over the years, some studying for higher qualifications with our support. People are at the very forefront of our business and I’d like to say a huge thank you to this group for all they have done and continue to do for Domino.”
