Domino progresses sustainability journey with improved performance rating

A Cambridge company is announcing that it has been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal for its sustainability performance, for the second year in a row – with an improved score on the previous 12 months. Domino, based at Bar Hill, achieved a score of 76/100 which places it within the top 7% of all companies assessed globally by EcoVadis.

EcoVadis is the globally-recognised provider of business sustainability ratings, assessing companies on environmental, social, and ethical performance.

Domino’s rating is the result of a thorough evaluation of its entire global operations and reflects its commitment to embedding sustainability wherever it operates, ensuring consistent standards and practices.

EcoVadis assesses companies across four key themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. Domino continues to score well above the sector average in all areas, demonstrating the effectiveness of its CSR strategy.

This year’s progress is the result of structured CSR activities, including the establishment of robust policies and the implementation of concrete measures across all sites. Domino also enhanced transparency and CSR reporting by publishing its first Corporate Social Responsibility report, with reference to Global Reporting Impact (GRI) international standards.
