Esme is a Biodynamic massage therapist working with people who are overwhelmed and need support with life’s challenges. Her clients often have psycho-physiological or stress related symptoms such as headaches, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, digestive issues, post-traumatic stress or autoimmune disorders. Sometimes they just feel that ‘something isn’t right’ but there is no diagnosable condition.
