Price Bailey announces its 2026 trainee intake

Price Bailey Norwich Office

This year's intake takes the total number of trainees recruited by Price Bailey since 2021 to over 250, underlining the firm's continued commitment to developing future talent and investing in its Early Careers programme.

Price Bailey welcomes its 2026 intake of trainees, which include graduates, school leavers and 12-month industry placements. The trainees will join throughout September for a two-week induction at the firm’s Cambridge office, before going back to their respective offices and departments, with the trainees working across the firm’s 11 UK offices.

The firm will soon start to recruit for its summer 2027 intake, with applications set to open later this year. To be considered for a place, school leavers must hold a minimum of 112 UCAS points, with graduates requiring a minimum of a 2:2 in any undergraduate degree subject.

Duncan Crooks, Head of Talent Acquisition, who leads the firm’s Resourcing function and specialises in trainee recruitment said:

“We continue to invest in our Early Careers programme here at Price Bailey and are delighted to welcome our new trainees, who are joining us across our numerous trainee programmes. We’re thrilled to be able to offer all trainees a comprehensive training programme that includes full study support for their accountancy qualifications; flexible working through our Smart Working policy; ongoing soft skills training and a structured progression pathway.

“One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is seeing trainees grow in confidence and develop their skills as they progress their careers within our supportive and inclusive culture. We look forward to seeing this year's intake flourish as they begin their professional journeys with us.”
